1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

• Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the enrolled course.
• Course access is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
• Inkwell Digital Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time.
• Courses must be completed sequentially — each lesson and module quiz must be passed at 85% or higher before advancing.

4. Payment & Pricing

All course fees are listed in US dollars and are due at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, though enrolled students will not be charged additional fees for courses already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

6. Certificates

Upon successful completion of all course requirements — including all module quizzes at 85% or higher and the final assessment — students will receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Inkwell Digital Academy. Certificates are issued for individual achievement and may not be transferred or resold.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Inkwell Digital Academy and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any course content without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Reproduce or distribute course content in any form
• Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent course access restrictions or security measures
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials on the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Inkwell Digital Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, employment results, or skill acquisition from completing our courses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkwell Digital Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

Inkwell Digital Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
